A 2018 release of the limited edition bottling of Royal Salute 21 Year Old blended Scotch whisky, celebrating Beach Polo. Like its predecessor, the Beach Polo Edition is endorsed by Royal Salute World Polo Ambassador and former captain of the England Polo Team Malcolm Borwick, whose signature and red helmet feature on the packaging. The porcelain flagon is coloured deep blue to evoke beach polo tournaments, blue skies and the sea.
The edition has been crafted by Royal Salute Director of Blending Sandy Hyslop. This blend seeks to capture the flavour of Beach Polo, which involves sand and sea air, offering a smoky flavour with peaty tones including fruits and honey.
