Terms and Conditions

For the purpose of the Contest Terms & Conditions, "Private Bar Online" consists of Private Bar Online Sdn. Bhd. ("Private Bar Online").

The Contest Period

1. ‘Guess & Win’ Facebook Contest (the “Contest”) is organized by Private Bar Online.
2. The contest commences on 14th July 2018 and will end at 11:00PM (GMT +8:00) on 15th July 2018 (“Contest Period”), both dates inclusive.

Eligibility and Contest Information

1. The contest is open to all individuals in Malaysia including all Malaysian residents and permanent residents, age 21 years and above at the beginning of the Contest Period.
2. The following persons are NOT eligible to participate in this Contest:
   • Employees of Private Bar Online;
   • All Muslim persons and, or;
   • Individuals aged below 21 years old;

Prizes

1. Summary of prizes as provided below:
   • PRIZES: 1 x Yamazaki Distiller's Reserve, 700ML and 180ML.
   • NO. OF WINNER(S): 1 Winner

The Contest Qualification Mechanics

Qualification Mechanics

1. To qualify, to participate in the contest, participants must meet the following criteria:
   • "LIKE" Private Bar Online (@privatebar.online) Facebook Fan Page.
   • Key in the guess answer in the Facebook contest post.
   • 'TAG' a Facebook friend.
2. The comment MUST be posted on the ‘Guess & Win’ Facebook contest post which can be found on this URL https://pbo.io/guess-win-fwc-fb-contest.
3. Each participant can submit more than one (1) entry throughout the contest.

Selection of Winner

1. There will be ONE (1) Prize Winner who will be randomly selected based on the contest qualification mechanics criteria.
2. The shortlisting process of the winner will be done within one (1) week after the Contest Period has ended.
3. Shortlisted winners will be "Tag" to announced in the ‘Guess & Win’ Facebook contest post and the winner details will be obtained through Private Bar Online Facebook Page for the purposes of sending the prize.
4. The shortlisted winners is required to first register as Private Bar Online member and send their registered email to Private Bar Online Facebook Messenger in order to confirm the winner’s eligibility.

Basis for Disqualification

1. Any one person who uses more than one (1) Facebook Account to participate this contest will be disqualified.
2. Any one person who provides inaccurate or false information will be disqualified.
3. Private Bar Online reserve the right to disqualify a participant if scripts or bots or any automated means have been used to participate in the contest or if we have any reason to suspect the participant intentionally breaking the contest mechanics.

Disqualification can be Automatically Applied without any Correspondence at Judges Discretion

1. The Contest Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found tampering with the Contest process or the operation of the application.
2. In the event a Winner fails to respond within 48 hours after notification of winning or is otherwise disqualified from the Contest, the Prize will be withdrawn and awarded to the next qualified Winner.
