The Dalmore 21 Year Old is a limited release of 8,000 bottles matured in American oak for ten years before being moved into first-fill 30 year old Gonzalez Byass Matusalem Oloroso Sherry butts.
Some major notes of chocolate orange segments open it up, with developing crisp fruit notes of green apple rising to the fore. Ginger snaps, freshly ground coffee and a little bit of nuttiness.
This particular edition comes with a beautiful sliding box, presented in the signature Dalmore insignia.
